about I'm talking about your hormones
are going to be doing on hormones and
weight loss but this is truly one of the
missing Lynx we know we have to
exercise and move our body we know we have to eat really healthy and clean and we also need to balance our hormones are out of whack we're not going to be having some difficulties and that could be so frustrating when you are doing all the right things and the way it is not coming off and I hear this all the time and this is something that I don't work on with my client so that they are successful I don't just teach them how to exercise and they don't just teach them how to eat right I teach them about their normal so today we are going to be talking about estrogen and progesterone and getting that into balance so is the female hormone
it's what makes us Kirby and all those wonderful days so a lot of times especially in today's lifestyle are estrogen progesterone balance is way out now why does this happen well there are you reading this is happening one we're eating a lot of processed foods and our bodies are not familiar with all the chemicals and everything that are coming into our bodies so that is a general hormone disrupter another thing are the beauty products are putting on our skin those are really talk sick so whatcha reading your labels and really seeing what's going on there you're cleaning products I know you guys at her before but it's so true and it's really a missing link people are not they're paying more attention to their who'd want their eating and what they're putting in their bodies and what they're reading into the air we know that average person leaves the house with over 200 toxic chemicals just keep that in mind some other things that cause disruptions with our estrogen and progesterone or drinking from plastics plastics are huge you know everybody was carrying around water bottles or those gallon jugs and I want you guys to drink your water because you need to be
hydrated that's a whole other video in itself but the plastic there are so many better alternate you can drink from stainless steel you can get PPH through plastic but even so I prefer you see drinking out of class we're going to start teaching the class where else are we using we use a lot of time to start with you now in teaching that plastic especially in the kitchen most of us use those plastic storage containers those gotta start going to last is the best if you can get glass container that would be great and there are so many I have some great I love this I have these little plastic ones glass containers I think was $20 at Crate and Barrel their perfect size for story in the refrigerator for Crate and Barrel just happen to love their store so how do you know if you have this imbalance estrogen dominance great quote so that you have some signs are you have a weight gain your hips in your abdomen meet here doing everything right exercise eating well and that we won't judge you
